Had no heater had no air conditioner it was taped up I was told I would get a discount because of that so I went and got a heater from the store which cost of money so that me and my daughter who was disabled could could be with heat stay there for almost 3 weeks was a gold member with Wyndham and it was thrown out because I was paying at 12:00 like the lady had told me I could because I was a gold member and I had a late check out he said either pay by 12:00 or be out by 12:30 then the other lady comes in and just throws me out on mother's Day with my baby with no money took my deposit and I had nowhere to go now we're back in the car still waiting on one time to get back to me on my report and then was telling me how I was Mexicans she don't like to deal with us well that's discrimination so I have my report on that too this place is horrible nobody's ever at the desk at night if you get locked out your room you're screwed all night we sat in the car all night because we could not get anybody from the other hotel across the parking lot where they're always at or that hotel nobody I've seen a guy move shelves in front of the door to block the door nobody can get in or out it's very unsafe and sanitary and inhumane this place is garbage needs to be shut down

The staff here are very ,kind ,courteous and very accommodating! They are always very pleasant. And prompt if there is an issue. I love that they allow pets. I like that even though there are no microwaves in the room,there is one available.

No breakfast or coffee there No trash cans was given detergent container No washcloths &bath mat or hand towel Bedspread had burn holes Smoke alarm woke us at 1 am because som3one was smoking g cigarettes. Ppl talking in the hallways til early morning. Rude front desk lady in the AM No clock Dirty Tv didn't work

The night staff girls were very friendly n helpful at days inn .. both locations, super 8 n days inn are next to each other n looked after by same staff but super 8 is more creepy n nasty, with broken cars around.. than days inn little better but still very outdated n dirty
